Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders to the destinations available at checkout. Before you complete your purchase, the checkout shows the shipping method, shipping cost and the available delivery estimate for your order.
Order processing
After payment is successfully confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. Processing time can vary by product and destination. The applicable processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout are the most current estimates for your order.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing and circumstances outside our control. If a specific delivery date or period is agreed with you, that agreed date or period applies.
Where no other delivery period has been agreed, applicable EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided by email after dispatch.
Delays and delivery problems
Carrier, customs or other unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at hubertkopczynski-2006@wp.pl with your order number and we will assist you.
For orders covered by mandatory consumer law, your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
